Reporting to the Senior Manager, Safety & Security, this role prepares staffing requirements, deployment documentation, event security briefing materials and administrative processes required to support the successful delivery of events.\n\nThe Coordinator works closely with the Senior Manager, Safety & Security and other internal teams to ensure security resources are accurately deployed, documented and prepared for each event.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nPrepares event security deployments based on approved event requirements, staffing levels and security plans\nMaintains and prepares deployments and event security documentation for stadium events\nCoordinates changes to deployments and communicates updates to event security leadership and relevant team members\nSupports the development of event security plans, accreditation and wristband requirements\nPrepares requisitions and other administrative documentation related to event security services\nSupports event time security briefings, communications and distribution of event-specific information\nCoordinates with Events and other internal teams to ensure security requirements are incorporated into event planning\nSupports the coordination of traffic management requirements\nAssists with event staff onboarding and training\nAssists with event reports, incident documentation and post-event debrief materials\nMaintains security-related electronic files and records\nProvides administrate support for meetings and presentations\nOther duties as assigned\n\nEDUCATION\nTraining in Business Administration, Event Management, Security or related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience\n\nMINIMUM EXPERIENCE\nMinimum 2 years of experience\nExperience in event operations, security, administration or a related field\nExperience preparing deployments or staffing plans is preferred\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nProficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel and other standard business applications\nAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays\n\nThe salary range for this position is $52,678- $65,847\nOffers will be in line with PavCo’s internal pay equity and qualified candidate’s experience and education. \nSalary discussion and overall compensation package will be presented during initial phone interviews.\n\nWHAT WE OFFER: \n• Excellent benefits and a strong government pension plan \n• Interesting projects \n• Supportive team \n• Career growth \n\nWe Appreciate Your Interest in PavCo and This Position\nAt PavCo, we are committed to building high-performance teams.
