business unit or strategic product vertical.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDrive Cross-Functional Product Execution\nWork closely with leadership, operations, compliance, partnerships, and engineering teams to shape and launch new capabilities.\n\nTranslate business needs, operational workflows, and strategic goals into clear product requirements and execution plans.\n\nPartner with engineers on product design, technical tradeoffs, implementation sequencing, and delivery.\n\nHelp define APIs, workflows, operational tooling, and user experiences across financial products.\n\nOperate Across Multiple Financial Domains\nYou may work across:\nCross-border payments\n\nBanking infrastructure\n\nTrading and liquidity products\n\nInvestment-related initiatives\n\nTreasury and settlement workflows\n\nClient-facing financial tooling\n\nThe role requires comfort switching contexts quickly and developing working fluency in multiple parts of the financial stack.\nStrategic and Commercial Thinking\nIdentify opportunities for new product lines, operational efficiencies, or market expansion.\n\nContribute to business cases, market sizing, pricing considerations, and go-to-market thinking.\n\nWork with stakeholders to evaluate commercial viability and operational feasibility of new initiatives.\n\nThink beyond feature delivery and understand how products contribute to revenue, risk, and long-term company positioning.\n\nCommunication & Alignment\nAct as the bridge between business and technical teams.\n\nBring clarity to ambiguous problems and align stakeholders around priorities and execution.\n\nCommunicate effectively with both highly technical engineers and commercially-focused stakeholders.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong Product & Business Judgment\nAbility to break down ambiguous business problems into structured execution plans.\n\nStrong intuition for prioritization, tradeoffs, and operational practicality.\n\nCommercial mindset with interest in how financial products create value.\n\nTechnical Fluency\nYou do not need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable:\nWorking closely with backend and infrastructure teams\n\nUnderstanding APIs, workflows, and system dependencies\n\nDiscussing implementation tradeoffs with engineers\n\nWriting clear and structured product requirements\n\nAdaptability\nComfortable operating in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.\n\nAble to move between strategic discussions and execution details.\n\nCurious and proactive in unfamiliar domains.\n\nCommunication Skills\nClear written and verbal communication.\n\nAbility to synthesize complex topics into actionable decisions.\n\nComfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in fintech, banking, payments, trading, or financial services\n\nExposure to regulated environments\n\nExperience working with engineering teams on backend-heavy products\n\nBackground in consulting,
