operations.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders (Product, Compliance, Treasury, Operations) to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.\n\nWrite detailed design documents for new features and system improvements.\n\nReview pull requests and provide constructive technical feedback to peers.\n\nImplement end-to-end features: architecture → coding → testing → deployment.\n\nEnsure code quality through clean, maintainable, well-documented code and automated tests.\n\nContribute to engineering best practices, tooling, and system reliability improvements.\n\nRequirements\nTechnical Skills\nMinimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience.\n\nStrong proficiency in Go, or proven exceptional ability in another strongly typed language.\n\nSolid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.\n\nExperience in a Tier 1 tech company (e.g., Stripe, Grab, Google, Deliveroo, Monzo, Shopee, Bytedance) or significant open-source contributions.\n\nHands-on experience with Temporal, GCP, or Encore.dev is a plus.\n\nNon-Technical Skills\nCollaborative, empathetic, and able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong interest in fintech, banking, or financial infrastructure.\n\nComfortable navigating ambiguity and learning quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.\n\nWhat
