We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious drivers to join our growing team.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Class B Driver with a valid air brake endorsement to support our pavement preservation and roadway maintenance operations. This position involves operating commercial vehicles, transporting equipment and materials to job sites, and assisting field crews as needed.\nThe ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, comfortable working outdoors, and willing to be hands-on when needed to help the crew get the job done.\nResponsibilities\nSafely operate Class B commercial vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and supplies to and from job sites.\nPerform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.\nFollow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and applicable traffic laws.\nAssist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment and materials.\nSupport field crews with pavement preservation and roadway maintenance activities as needed.\nMaintain a clean, organized vehicle and ensure equipment is handled properly.\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and other team members.\nWork outdoors in varying weather conditions and around active roadway construction zones.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nQualifications\n Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.\nValid air brake endorsement required.\nClean driving record and ability to meet applicable DOT requirements.\nPrevious commercial driving experience preferred.\nAbility to safely operate and inspect commercial vehicles and equipment.\nAbility to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.\nAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.\nStrong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nWillingness to assist with general labor duties when needed.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe want team members who take pride in their work, show up ready to contribute, and understand the importance of safety and teamwork.
