proposals to ensure competitive pricing and quality.\nNegotiate terms and prices with subcontractors and suppliers as needed.\nDevelop subcontractor and vendor relationships.\nCost Control and Analysis:\nMonitor and track project costs against estimates to identify and address any discrepancies.\nReview and analyze cost reports to identify areas for cost savings or improvement.\nProvide cost analysis and recommendations to project managers and senior management.\nDocumentation and Reporting:\nMaintain accurate and detailed records of cost estimates, bid proposals, and supporting documentation.\nPrepare and present reports on estimates, bids, and project costs to management and clients.\nEnsure all documentation is organized and accessible for future reference and audits.\nClient and Project Coordination:\nCommunicate with clients to clarify project requirements and address any questions or concerns.\nCollaborate with project managers and other team members to cost assessments.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nExperience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimating, construction, or a related field.\n Skills:\nStrong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.\nProficiency in estimating software (Bid2Win or HCSS software) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.\nStrong organizational and time management abilities.\nTechnical Proficiency:\nProficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bid2Win, HCSS, Heavy Bid, Bluebeam).\nFamiliarity with construction management software and project management tools.\nKnowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.\nWorking Conditions:\nPrimarily office-based with occasional visits to job sites for measurements and assessments.\nMay require extended hours to meet project deadlines or respond to urgent requests.\nAbility
