Business Development:\nIdentify and target potential clients in the pavement preservation and asphalt maintenance industry, including municipalities, home owner associations, commercial property owners, contractors, and property managers.\nDevelop and implement strategies to generate new business and expand the customer base.\nConduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase pavement preservation and asphalt maintenance products and services.\nClient Relationship Management:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.\nUnderstand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their pavement preservation and asphalt maintenance requirements.\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.\nMarket Analysis and Strategy:\nConduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.\nDevelop and implement sales strategies based on market analysis and client feedback.\nStay current with industry developments and advancements in pavement preservation technologies.\nProposal and Contract Management:\nPrepare and present detailed proposals and quotations for pavement preservation projects.\nNegotiate terms and conditions of contracts to secure sales agreements.\nCoordinate with internal production teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.\nSales Reporting and Tracking:\nTrack and report on sales activities, including leads, prospects, and closed deals.\nMaintain accurate records of client interactions, sales forecasts, and revenue projections.\nAnalyze sales performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.\nCustomer Support and Service:\nProvide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and project lifecycle.\nAddress client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.\nGather feedback from clients to improve products and services.\nCollaboration and Coordination:\nCollaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.\nWork with the operations and technical teams to ensure alignment between sales and project delivery.\nParticipate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nExperience: 3-5 years of sales experience in the pavement preservation, asphalt maintenance or construction industry preferred.\nSkills:\nStrong knowledge of pavement preservation and asphalt maintenance techniques, products, and services.\nExcellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to build and maintain strong client relationships.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nTechnical Proficiency:\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nFamiliarity with industry-specific software and tools is a plus.\nEstimating experience is a plus\nWorking Conditions:\nPrimarily field-based with regular travel to client sites and industry events.\nWill require occasional office-based work for meetings, reporting, and administrative tasks.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple sales opportunities
