& Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead and drive the client's enterprise AI transformation agenda.\n\n- Establish and operationalize AI governance frameworks, operating models, policies and controls.\n\n- Partner with senior leaders across Business, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Data, Finance and HR to accelerate AI adoption.\n\n- Design and lead an AI Champions Program to build a strong enterprise AI community.\n\n- Drive AI communications, change management, training and workforce capability-building initiatives.\n\n- Manage enterprise AI platforms, including vendor relationships, licensing, budgets, adoption metrics and performance monitoring.\n\n- Support executive governance forums and leadership decision-making through clear reporting and actionable insights.\n\n- Build strategic partnerships and innovation initiatives that strengthen AI capabilities and business outcomes.\n\nPreferred candidate profile :\n\n- Significant experience in AI transformation, digital transformation, strategy, innovation, technology governance or enterprise change, with strong expertise in AI Transformation, AI Governance, Generative AI, Responsible AI and AI Operating Models.\n\n- Strong understanding of enterprise AI adoption and experience leading complex AI and digital transformation programs across multiple business functions.\n\n- Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and key stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Data, Finance and HR.\n\n- Experience with governance frameworks, AI policies, risk management, controls, Responsible AI and executive reporting.\n\n- Strong program management, change management, stakeholder management and communication capabilities.\n\n- Experience managing enterprise AI platforms, vendor relationships, licensing, budgets, adoption metrics and performance monitoring.\n\n- Experience in financial services, fintech, payments or other highly regulated industries is desirable.\n\n-
