Learn more at www.pavion.com\nPavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Core Sales Representative to join our security business unit.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nProspect and acquire new commercial/industrial and public sector clients for security and fire alarm systems\nConduct thorough needs assessments and develop customized solutions to meet clients' security and fire safety requirements\nPresent product demonstrations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our security and fire alarm systems\nNegotiate pricing and terms of sale with clients, striving to maximize profitability while meeting client needs\nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and implementation of security and fire alarm systems for clients\nMaintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing post-sale support and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise\nStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in security and fire alarm technology to effectively communicate value propositions to clients\nBasic Qualifications:\nProven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience selling security or fire alarm systems\nStrong understanding of security and fire alarm technology and solutions\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders\nSelf-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nThis position requires regular driving to customer and project sites. A valid driver’s license is required\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred\nThe salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 annually, plus commission. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
