Learn more at www.pavion.com\nPavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Security Technician to join our integration business unit.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nCommunicate scope of work, project time line, project design, and budget for large projects to management and client.\nAccountable for the successful completion of project to include: timely results, quality of work, customer satisfaction (project closeout)\nAssemble and install large low voltage systems. Coordinate with various company departments, management and clients to ensure smooth work flow.\nTroubleshoot complex systems, identify and resolve problems.\nCoordinate with Project Manager to direct team of technicians to meet project requirements.\nEnsure materials are available at job site\nCommunicate effectively both verbally and in writing with clients, management and peers\nAbility to make presentations to management, clients, others as directed\nBasic Qualifications:\nAssociate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.\n\n7+ years of electronic security installation experience, including experience as a Lead Technician or Field Supervisor.\n\nManufacturer certifications or formal training in Software House CCURE 9000, LenelS2 OnGuard, Genetec Security Center, Avigilon, Brivo, Bosch, DMP, or similar security platforms.\n\nIndustry certifications such as ESA/NTS, BICSI, NICET, or other relevant low-voltage/security certifications.\n\nExperience with enterprise-level access control, IP video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated security systems.\n\nExperience working on large commercial, healthcare, educational, government, or mission-critical facilities.\n\nKnowledge of IP networking, switches, VLANs, PoE, and security system integration.\n\nExperience mentoring junior technicians, providing technical training, and overseeing multiple technicians on large installation projects.\n\nExperience coordinating with Project Managers, subcontractors, general contractors, and customers to maintain project schedules and installation quality.\n\nGovernment security clearance or ability to obtain one, when required by project assignments.\n\nThe hourly pay range for this position is $35-$45 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
