Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Technician to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install Security System Devices ( ie. Cameras, Rex's, Door Contacts, Door Strikes)
• Program and troubleshoot advanced electronic control systems
• Effectively use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio
• Read blueprints and schematics
• Lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to see, hear, speak, read, and write clearly to communicate with employees or other clients
• Manual dexterity required for reaching, climbing ladders, lifting objects, operating office equipment and hand-held power tools
• Interact and communicate effectively with individuals and teams at all levels and across diverse cultures

Basic Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in programming and troubleshooting electronic security systems
• System certifications a plus (IE: Exacq, Genetec, Softwarehouse, Lenel)

The hourly pay range for this position is $35.00-$50.00 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
