The MSP Technical Support role delivers frontline technical assistance to clients by resolving Level I support incidents and service requests. This role provides troubleshooting hardware, software, peripherals, and basic network connectivity issues while ensuring a positive and productive user experience. The analyst supports user account administration, Office 365 and phone systems, and various Microsoft-based business applications. Using remote tools-and occasional on-site visits. The MSP Technical Support role ensures issues are resolved efficiently, documented thoroughly, and communicated clearly. A strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning are essential for success in this role.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nNon-Technical\nBuilding relationships with our clients in a positive meaningful way.\nWork with a team effectively and efficiently.\nAlign with core values and adopt our systems and solutions.\nProfessionalism of doing \"what right, is right\". all the time, every time.\nContinual self-improvement\nValid driver’s license, willing to travel.\nAdherence to Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and Service Management\nOn-call rotation\nTechnical\nUnderstanding of technology relating to Microsoft's core business applications such as Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Terminal Services/RDS/Citrix.\nDesign Disaster Recovery strategies including server imaging and automated offsite backups.\nKnowledge of networking and VOIP systems\nMicrosoft Office Suite/Desktop/Printer troubleshooting and issue resolution\nOffice 365 Administration\nPhone system administration\nDetailed documentation of customer’s systems\nDetailed documentation of time spent on service issues and projects\nConstant pursuit of technical improvement in all areas\nBasic Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma \n1 year of IT experience\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nProfessional, friendly, positive, optimistic demeanor\n\nAn understanding of relevant technologies, solutions, troubleshooting, & support\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAutotask, Datto RMM, Auvik or Managed Services (MSP) experience a major plus\nGeneral Windows Desktop\nStrong Organization and Time Management Skills\nThe salary range for this position is $45,000-$55,000 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
