Learn more at www.pavion.com\nPavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Manager to join our security business unit.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nRegional Operational Leadership\nProvide daytoday and strategic leadership for Pavion’s installation and project operations across Georgia & Alabama \nOversee field operations, project execution, staffing, and operational performance \nEnsure alignment with Pavion’s national operational standards and enterprise delivery model \nSupport projectdriven growth across mediumtolarge enterprise accounts \nEnterprise & Data Center Project Execution\nOversee delivery of medium to large enterprise projects, including: \nCorporate campuses and headquarters \nHealthcare systems and hospitals \nHigher education institutions \nGovernment and municipal facilities \nLarge commercial and industrial campuses \nSupport data center projects as part of the branch portfolio, including phased work in live environments and large-scale construction projects \nEnsure projects meet contractual scope, schedule, quality, security, and financial requirements \nServe as an escalation point for complex project execution issues \nField & Leadership Management\nLead and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, Supervisors, and Field Technicians \nEnsure effective workforce planning, scheduling, and utilization across the region \nBuild a strong leadership bench through mentoring, performance management, and training \nDrive accountability through standard KPIs, operational reviews, and scorecards \nDevelop, maintain, and optimize a robust subcontractor network across the region, including identifying qualified partners, negotiating pricing agreements, ensuring compliance with company standards, and fostering long-term relationships to support operational efficiency and strategic growth. \nSafety, Compliance & Risk Management\nChampion Pavion’s safety culture across all job sites and field operations \nEnsure compliance with OSHA, state, and customer safety requirements \nMaintain licensing, certifications, and training standards for field teams \nConduct regular site audits, safety inspections, and risk assessments \nLead corrective actions for safety, quality, or compliance issues \nFinancial & Operational Performance\nOwn operational performance related to project execution, including: \nLabor productivity and utilization \nJob cost control and margin performance \nChange management and documentation discipline \nAccurate billing inputs and timely project closeout \nPartner with Finance on forecasting, WIP management, and regional planning \nProcess Improvement & Scalability\nImplement and maintain standardized operational processes across the region \nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and execution quality \nSupport adoption of ERP, project management, and field tools \nScale operational capacity to support enterprise growth and regional expansion \nCrossFunctional Collaboration (Including Service Interface)\nPartner with Sales on estimating handoff, execution planning, and enterprise pursuits \nCollaborate with Engineering to ensure constructible and standardized designs \nInterface closely with Pavion’s Service Delivery team to ensure: \nClean project turnover and documentation \nAlignment on customer standards and expectations \nSmooth transition from installation to ongoing service and support \nCoordinate with national Pavion teams on multiregion enterprise accounts \nBasic Qualifications:\n7+ years of experience in lowvoltage, integrated security, or related systems \n3-5+ years in an operations, project, or regional leadership role \nProven experience supporting mediumtolarge enterprise customers \nStrong knowledge of enterprise access control, VMS, and integrated security systems \nDemonstrated ability to manage schedules, costs, risk, and customer expectations \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience within a national or multiregional systems integrator \nExperience within the data center vertical \nPMP, CSPM, NICET, or manufacturer certifications (LenelS2, Genetec, Avigilon, AMAG, etc.) \nExperience supporting enterprise and government customers \nThe salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
