Learn more at www.pavion.com\nPavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our security business unit.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nProject Planning and InitiationDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders\n Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets\n\n Resource ManagementCoordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors\nAllocate and manage resources to ensure project milestones are met\n\nClient and Stakeholder CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle\nMaintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and solutions\n\nExecution and MonitoringOversee day-to-day operations of projects to ensure they remain on track\nMonitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques\n\nRisk ManagementIdentify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies\nRespond promptly to issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables\n\nCompliance and Quality AssuranceEnsure projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements\nConduct quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet specifications and client expectations\n\nDocumentation and ReportingMaintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and change orders\nPrepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders\n\nBudget and Cost ControlManage project budgets and track expenses to avoid overruns\nIdentify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality\n\nTeam Leadership and CollaborationLead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives\nFacilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment\n\nCloseout and HandoverEnsure proper project closeout, including client sign-offs and final documentation\nConduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)\n3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in security systems, construction, or technology integration\nProven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget\nStrong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and team members\nProblem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to risk management\nBudget management and cost control expertise\nFamiliarity with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., OSHA, ADA)\nThis position requires regular driving to customer and project sites. A valid driver’s license is required.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification\nRelevant technical certifications related to security systems or IT integration (e.g., CompTIA, Axis Certified Professional)\nFamiliarity with security systems, access control, CCTV, or intercom systems\nBasic understanding of data center operations or construction environments\nThe salary range for this position is $87,000-$120,000 annually. This position is bonus eligible. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
