Learn more atwww.pavion.com\nPavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our security business unit.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nDrive performance, pipeline, productivity and lead sellers to success through one on ones, ride alongs, leverage sales programs, and high contact activity sales management\nHire talent and onboard new sellers in the geography\nDirect involvement in top accounts and strategic deals\nContribute to pilots, thought leadership for change, and provide field perspective for new tools and processes\nAbility to drive growth applying sales leadership processes such as one on ones, pipeline management, activity management and leveraging sales programs and marketing initiatives.\nAbility to attract and retain top sales talent\nManage pipeline that supports monthly forecasting.\nTrack record of growth and business performance\nLocal to Ohio and/or Indiana Markets\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree\n10+ years of leading sellers and leaders of sellers\nAbility to attract and retain top sales talent\nTrack record of growth and business performance\nValid Driver's License and acceptable driving record\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProven history of sales success identifying and developing (hunting) new business opportunities as well as finding and retaining key sales talent\nBusiness acumen to stay ahead of revenue needs and ensure sales meets or exceeds commitments to deliver profitability results\nExperience building network of business relationships to create sales opportunities\nExcellent problem-solving and meeting facilitation skills\nDemonstrated ability to lead change, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment\nSalary range for this position is $150,000-$165,000 annually, plus commission. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
