Learn more at www.pavion.com.\nPavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Security Service Technician to join integration business unit.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nPerform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of security system issues\n\nServe as a technical escalation point for complex service calls\n\nSupport access control, video surveillance, and integrated security systems\n\nMaintain accurate and detailed service documentation\n\nEnsure high first-time resolution rates and minimal system downtime\n\nProvide professional customer communication and support\n\nAssist and support other technicians as needed\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n3-5 Years of Experience working in similar technical role\nAdvanced experience with electronic security systems\n\nPreferred Platform Experience\nBrivo\nAvigilon\nVerkada\nC\nCURE\nGenetec\nBosch\nResponder 5\nAtles IED\nNotifier\nAscom\n\nExperience supporting multi-platform access control and video systems\n\nStrong understanding of networking fundamentals and system integration\n\nAbility to work independently and manage complex service calls\nStrong documentation, communication, and organizational skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAssociates degree\nIndustry certification(s)\nBasic computer skills, strong written and verbal communication, strong sense of customer service\nExperience using standard electrical test equipment or specialty test equipment used with network systems, AV equipment, Healthcare systems, or Security equipment\nThe hourly pay range for this position is $25-50 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
