Learn more atwww.pavion.com\nPavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Coordinator I to join our security business unit.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nSchedule fire alarm inspections, service calls, and technician appointments.\nDispatch technicians and manage daily schedules and priorities.\nAnswer and coordinate incoming customer service calls and requests.\nCommunicate with customers regarding scheduling, service needs, and updates.\nFile and maintain inspection reports and related documentation.\nCoordinate with technicians, service management, and customers to ensure work is completed efficiently.\nMonitor open service calls and follow up on outstanding items.\nAssist with emergency and priority service requests.\nPerform various administrative and operational duties necessary to support the Service and Inspection departments.\nBasic Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n2+ Years’ experience as a Dispatcher\nPrevious experience in a service, dispatch, scheduling, or customer service role.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to coordinate and communicate effectively with field technicians, customers, and management.\nStrong attention to detail, particularly with scheduling, documentation, and inspection reports.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling time-sensitive and emergency service requests.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and effectively use CRM, scheduling, and service management software.\nAbility to problem-solve, prioritize workload, and make decisions independently when necessary.\nPrevious experience in the fire alarm, life safety, security, construction, or related service industry is preferred but not required.\nThe hourly pay range for this position is $22.00-$26.00 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
