Learn more at www.pavion.com\nPavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Program Manager to join our security business unit.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nDriving the growth of the Data Center Service business through proactive customer engagement and operational excellence.\nManaging service operations, scheduling, and resource planning to ensure timely and efficient execution.\nDeveloping and mentoring service personnel while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.\nPartnering with Sales, Program Management, and Operations to identify and pursue additional service opportunities within existing and new customer accounts.\nEstablishing consistent service delivery processes, performance metrics, and financial accountability to improve profitability and customer retention.\nSupporting strategic expansion into new markets as our Data Center Service portfolio continues to grow.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business management) or equivalent work experience\nProven experience (5+ years) in service management, preferably in the security technology industry\nStrong leadership and team-building skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities\nProficiency in using service management software and tools\nAnalytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement\nAbility to travel up to 30% out of state as needed to support national service operations\nThis position requires regular driving to customer and project sites. A valid driver’s license is required.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrevious experience in the electronic security integration, service industry or a closely related field.\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred.\nProven experience leading and developing service teams across a large geographic region.\nStrong operational leadership skills with experience managing field service personnel, scheduling, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.\nExperience supporting mission-critical environments, data centers, or other high-availability facilities is strongly preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, improve operational processes, and drive service business growth.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and customer relationship management skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with Sales, Program Management, Operations, and Executive Leadership to support strategic business objectives.\n The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
