Learn more at www.pavion.com\nPavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Sales Representative to join our security business unit.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nBusiness Development & Customer Engagement\nIdentify, prospect, and develop new service sales opportunities through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, canvassing, networking, referrals, and in-person customer visits.\nGenerate new business opportunities through consistent market presence and customer engagement.\nIdentify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing customer accounts.\nConduct customer meetings, site visits, and presentations to communicate the value of Pavion's service offerings.\nBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their business needs and identify service solutions that provide ongoing value.\nSales Execution & Pipeline Management\nManage all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and close.\nDevelop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities sufficient to achieve sales objectives.\nDevelop and execute territory plans to support revenue growth and business development goals.\nPrepare, present, and follow up on service proposals that align with customer needs and business objectives.\nUtilize CRM tools to document sales activities, manage opportunities, and maintain forecast accuracy.\nAnalyze customer, pipeline, and sales performance data to prioritize activities and maximize sales effectiveness.\nCollaborate with operational and technical teams to develop customer solutions and support successful service delivery.\nOther duties as assigned\nBasic Qualifications:\n3+ years’ experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, service sales, or a related customer-facing role\nDemonstrated success developing new business through outbound prospecting and relationship-building activities\nExperience managing opportunities through a structured sales process from prospecting to close\nStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills\nProficiency with CRM tools and systems to manage pipelines, forecasts and sales activities\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage an active sales territory\nAbility to spend a significant portion of time in the field meeting with customers and prospects\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience selling service agreements, managed services, recuring revenue offerings, consulting services, or other service-based solutions.\nExperience selling services within security, fire, professional services, building technologies, or related industries.\nExperience working in a field-based sales environment with frequent customer meetings and territory management responsibilities.\nDemonstrated success growing a territory through proactive business development activities.\n The salary range for this position is $65,000-$90,000 annually, plus commission. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
