Learn more at www.pavion.com\nPavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Strategic Account Coordinator to join our shared services team.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nAccount Set Up and Maintenance\nOversee CRM set up for customer parent/child relation and naming convention\nEnsure Agreements are accurate and aligned to the accounts\nConfirm that any preventative maintenance schedules are in place\nConfirm contacts are accurate and up to date\nConfirm portal set up is in place and maintained\nConfirm job in BC and Sage are set up correctly\nConfirm all invoice requirements are met (bill to/sell to and billing templates)\nEnsure that customer notifications are accurate and maintained\nService Delivery\nOversee active service backlog and work with field and international teams to meet service delivery requirements\nEnsure on time completion of service work order in accordance with the MSA\nDrive KPI measures to ensure contractual obligations are met\nEscalate any at-risk work orders\nKeep customers informed of any delays\nWork with field teams and third-party sub-contractors to meet staffing requirements as needed\nProcures any and all material needed to resolve outstanding service work orders\nInspection Delivery\nOversee active service backlog and work with field and international teams to meet service delivery requirements\nEnsure on time completion of service work order in accordance with the MSA\nDrive KPI measures to ensure contractual obligations are met\nEscalate any at-risk work orders\nKeep customers informed of any delays\nWork with field teams and third-party sub-contractors to meet staffing requirements as needed\nProcures any and all material needed to resolve outstanding service work orders\nCustomer Service\nEnsure high level of customer satisfaction through consistent and timely communication, through work order documentation, email, verbal and portal\nProactively follow up with customers after completion of service to ensure a high level of satisfaction\nAct as liaison between customer and Pavion internal teams; seamlessly collaborating to achieve goals and track work orders to completion\nExhibit professional behavior with all interactions - internal and external\nProvide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns\nPrepare reports, read outs and KPIs for QBR Review\nService Revenue\nEnsuring all work orders are completed and invoiced timely\nWork closely with the Finance department to resolve billing/vendor issues\nEffectively steward company resources\nBasic Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED\nUp to 3 years related experience required\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)\nExperience in relationship and client management\nStrategic thinker, experience problem solving and driving results\nAble to redirect and pivot based on changes in projects and tasks assigned\nAble to multi-task and work under tight deadlines\nAble to work in high pressure environments\nExcellent time management and organizational skills\nAble to travel as needed, up to 20% of time\nAble to coordinate multiple customer strategic needs and initiatives\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business management, personnel management, project management or related\nAdvances or Enterprise technical certifications on platforms and systems sold by Pavion\nThe hourly pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
