Pax8 is hiring a Marketing Program Coordinator in the United States to keep campaigns, events and creative requests moving from intake to delivery. You’ll connect stakeholders, organise timelines and catch the gaps that can turn straightforward work into unnecessary rework.

What You’ll Bring to Life
- Guide marketing work from brief to delivery. Turn incoming campaign, event, and digital-asset requests into clear plans with owners, milestones, approvals, and achievable deadlines.
- Connect teams and stakeholders. Build productive relationships across global and regional marketing, creative services, marketing operations, events team, and other business teams.
- Create clarity from complexity. Gather complete requirements, clarify priorities, surface dependencies, and help everyone understand what is needed before work begins.
- Keep programmes visible and moving. Maintain accurate schedules, documentation, task ownership, and status updates so teams can make informed decisions.
- Spot obstacles early. Monitor delivery risks, address roadblocks, and escalate concerns thoughtfully before they affect quality or timelines.
- Improve the way work flows. Look for recurring friction, unnecessary rework, or unclear hand-offs, then collaborate with the team to create a smarter approach.
- Bring positive ideas. Help shape this evolving role by proposing practical improvements rather than simply following an inherited process.

You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Bring hands-on experience coordinating marketing programmes, campaigns, events, creative work, or related cross-functional projects.
- Can translate an initial request into a practical plan with clear tasks, owners, milestones, and dependencies.
- Communicate in a clear, structured, and considerate way with stakeholders at different levels.
- Enjoy collaborating across teams and building an understanding of how different people work.
- Can stay organised and positive when priorities shift or an unexpected request arrives.
- Demonstrate sound judgement when identifying risks, resolving problems, and knowing when to escalate.
- Have used a project or programme management platform. Experience with Workfront, Wrike, or Jira would be helpful, but we welcome experience with comparable tools.
- Bring authentic curiosity, a growth mindset, and a willingness to build your technical marketing knowledge.
- Are comfortable taking ownership while also asking questions and seeking context.
- Have experience in business-to-business marketing, although we welcome candidates from any industry.
- Hold a college or university degree, which is preferred but does not need to be marketing specific. Equivalent relevant experience is also valued.

Salary and Benefits
Annual base salary: $50,000-$65,000

This position will be advertised as a remote United States role, with a standard 40-hour working week. Candidates based near Denver are especially welcome and may choose to connect with colleagues at the local office.
