Act as a senior escalation consultant for Level I, II, and III engineers and leads resolution of cross-system or enterprise-wide incidents.\n\nLeading Project Work: Design, deploy, maintain, and document enterprise IT systems, integrations, and automation workflows. Lead the technical execution of large or complex projects, including architecture, security, automation, and operational readiness.\n\nEstablishing Best Practices for Maintenance and Resolution: Establish and enforce standards for system availability, continuity, security, and automation reliability, including monitoring, alerting, backups, patching, access controls, and workflow resiliency.\n\nOn Queue/Escalation Support: Act as a senior escalation point for critical incidents, applying sound judgment to assess urgency, impact, and risk while identifying opportunities to improve incident response through automation and tooling enhancements.\n\nAutomation & Infrastructure Enablement: Design and implementinfrastructureas code, workflow automation, and CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability and scalability.\n\nAutomation & Infrastructure Enablement: Build andmaintainevent-driven and API-based automation across identity platforms, SaaS applications, and enterprise systems.\n\nAutomation & Infrastructure Enablement: Leverage tools such as low-code/no-code platforms, custom scripts, and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and operational risk.\n\nAutomation & Infrastructure Enablement: Establish automation standards and reusable patterns, driving adoption across Technology Services.\n\nContributing to Knowledge Bases: Author and maintain advanced technical documentation, SOPs, integration diagrams, and automation artifacts. Ensures documentation supports operational sustainability and audit readiness.\n\nPersonal Development & Mentoring Others: Drive continuous learning and mentor engineers by sharing automation patterns, integration strategies, and real-world implementation experience. Provides technical leadership for roadmap planning, audits, compliance reviews, and governance initiatives.\n\n The Impact You’ll Make:\nYour work will directly improve security posture, operational scale, and employee experience across Pax8. By enabling reliable automation and strong governance, you’ll help the business move faster with confidence - supporting teams, partners, and customers at global scale.\n Skills & Experience You’ll Bring:\nSubject matter expertise in enterprise systems engineering, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and access governance frameworks.\n\nDeep experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.\n\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity lifecycle management, access governance, and enterprise application integrations.\n\nStrong experience designing and maintaining automated provisioning and deprovisioning pipelines.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of RBAC and ABAC access models and enforcement of least-privilege strategies.\n\nStrong automation background, including:\n\nInfrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform)\n\nCI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions\n\nWorkflow automation platforms such as n8n or similar orchestration tools\n\nScripted and API-driven integrations across SaaS platforms\n\nExperience with Microsoft Partner Center, including tenant relationships, role assignments, identity configuration, and access delegation.\n\nExperience with Snow automation and Workday integrations is a strong plus.\n\nFamiliarity with modern productivity and automation tooling (e.g., Cursor, Power Platform) to accelerate delivery.\n\nStrong understanding of security best practices in cloud-based and automated environments.\n\nExperience collaborating with Architecture and Governance teams to translate strategy into practical engineering solutions.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and leadership audiences.\n\n Trust and How We Hire\nAt Pax8, we care deeply about building genuine, trust based relationships - starting with how we hire.\nTo protect our business, our teams, and our customers, we use a range of measures throughout the recruitment process to help confirm authenticity and prevent fraud.
