The Solution\nWhat you will do as a Solutions Engineer at Pax8:\nSolutions Engineer will deliver pre-sales cloud product demonstration experiences to our Partners as well as post-sales deployment and configuration assistance.\nThis role is based in Bangkok, Thailand. Employees are expected to work from the office.\nLet’s look at your day to day as a Solutions Engineer:\nDemonstrating the technical and commercial value of a selection of Pax8 Solutions.\nDriving initial configuration and architecture guidance for a variety of customer environments.\nAssisting partners with proof-of-concept deployments and responding to RFIs.\nWorking closely with our Sales team as a subject matter expert for a particular product set.\nProvide demonstration of select solutions and produce product specific guides and videos.\nAbility to be customer service oriented and work well in a collaborative environment.\nDriven and self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.\nYou'll be the ideal Solutions Engineer for us if you have:\nMinimum 2 years technical and/or pre-sales experience.\nHave a desire to constantly learn new and challenging platforms.\nPossess ability to blend technical and social engagement.\nHave the skill to communicate complex concepts in simple terms.\nAre genuinely passionate about customer service.\nAre undaunted by troubleshooting deployments in unknown ecosystems.\nFull language proficiency in Thai and English.\nHave a certification in any 1 of the following areas: Microsoft MS900, MS100, MS101, AZ900, CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+.\nBelong Here\nWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet 100% of the criteria.
