By removing onboarding friction, simplifying technical processes, and building trusted relationships, you'll drive adoption, improve partner satisfaction, and contribute to long-term partner growth and retention.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nWe're looking for someone who brings:\nProven experience within technical onboarding, implementation, technical support, customer success, solutions consulting, troubleshooting, or a similar customer-focused environment.\nStrong understanding of provisioning processes, integrations, account setup, and technical troubleshooting.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.\nExperience coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments.\nStrong organisational and project coordination skills.\nA data-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.\nConfidence working with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nThe following would be advantageous but are not essential:\nExperience within the technology channel ecosystem.\nManaged Service Provider experience.\nFamiliarity with cloud technologies and marketplace environments.\nExposure to Google-related technologies or programmes.\nTrust and Hiring\nAt Pax8, we care deeply about building genuine, trust based relationships - starting with how we hire.\nTo protect our business, our teams, and our customers, we use a range of measures throughout the recruitment process to help confirm authenticity and prevent fraud.
