Within People, the People Operations team owns the programs, systems and processes that make those decisions possible at scale.\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking for a hands-on leader to join our People team as the Manager, People Operations. In this role, you’ll own the design and execution of key People programs and systems. This is a unique opportunity to blend strategic impact with tactical execution, done in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nWhat you'll do\nOversee the design and rollout of people programs including engagement surveys, onboarding, compliance, and systems/vendor renewals.\n\nPartner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to ensure processes and programs are consistent, efficient, and aligned with business priorities.\n\nLead HR systems improvements, automation, and reporting to increase accuracy and scalability.\n\nMonitor people metrics and build advanced dashboards to provide actionable insights to executives and the Board.\n\nEnsure policies, processes, and systems remain compliant across multiple geographies, including small or newly established international populations.\n\nSupport the integration of acquired employees into the People Operations lifecycle, including systems, benefits, onboarding, and compliance alignment.\n\nAbout you\n10+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with 8-10 years focused on People Operations.\n\nProven experience supporting and scaling organizations through high-growth environments, ideally in technology or regulated industries\n\nExperience integrating acquired companies' employees into HR systems and programs (M&A/onboarding integration)\n\nExperience supporting small or distributed international employee populations, including navigating varying compliance and operational needs across geographies\n\nExceptional analytical skills are required - advanced ability to model, interpret, and present complex people-data to drive clear, strategic decisions.\n\nHands-on experience with HR systems (Workday required) and proven ability to leverage technology for reporting, analytics, and process improvements.\n\nExperience overseeing and implementing a wide range of HR programs across the employee lifecycle.\n\nA track record of thriving in very fast-moving, ambiguous environments with sound judgment and proactive problem-solving.\n\nDesigning and quickly implementing solutions that cut across multiple disciplines.\n\nSuccessful management of competing priorities, taking initiative, and driving projects to completion in a timely and accurate manner.\n\nStrong communication and influencing skills across all levels, from employees to executives.\n\nBachelor’s degree and advanced HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MSHR) are a plus.\n\nYou might also have\nExceptional listening skills, a personable and approachable demeanor, and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization.\n\nAbility to work independently, as an active member of both business and the People Team.\n\nFlexibility, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations.\n\nAbility to work within constraints as well as to challenge the status quo.\n\nImportant Notice for Paxos Applicants\n Fraudulent accounts sometimes pose as Paxos recruiters on LinkedIn and other platforms, and fake websites sometimes impersonate our careers site.
