We work with global distribution partners to bring the best (and safest) products that DeFi has to offer to the largest financial enterprises.\nWe believe that the future of DeFi lies in providing global access to the most common sense and powerful primitives in on-chain markets in a sleek and DevX-friendly manner.\nWe are looking for a motivated developer that can not only develop, but aptly research and deploy extensive knowledge across DeFi and product design to create a product that makes sense for real users.\nMost importantly, we are looking for developers with interests in the following:\nDeFi Primitive UX\n\nCrosschain UX\n\nDeFi Wallet UX\n\nProduct Design and Engineering\n\nResponsibilities\nSDK/API Development\nBuild APIs and SDK to allow developers to integrate our onchain infrastructure into enterprise platforms.\n\nResearch and integrate smart contract transactions.\n\nMaintain a secure open source repo, and constantly iterate on our DevX.\n\nFullstack Development\nCollaborate with designers on Figma to create prototypes.\n\nRapidly iterate the code based on feedback, across frontend and backend code.\n\nEVM Development\nStay up to date on Core Ethereum upgrades that change wallet and developer UX.\n\nReimagine how non-crypto-native developers will onboard to the EVM through our Paxos Labs developer kit.\n\nReliability\nMaintain the highest standards in liveness SLOs and observability.\n\nWork closely with our security engineer to safeguard developers and users from exploits.\n\nQualifications\nKnowledge\nContextual\nDeep Knowledge with building EVM dapps.\n\nDeep Knowledge with developer-facing SDK and API development.\n\nFamiliarity with popular web3 apps such as Uniswap, Aave, Morpho, Pendle, etc. to compare the UX across the DeFi ecosystem.\n\nFamiliarity with cross-chain UX-Account Abstraction, crosschain bridges, etc.\n\nFamiliarity with Solidity, being able to read contracts and understand functionalities.\n\nFamiliarity with financial math, analysis, and the ability to communicate quantitative information to users.\n\nTechnical\nEthereum SDKs-ethers, viem, wagmi, rainbowkit.\n\nDatabases-Postgres, SQL, no SQL,\n\nSDK/API Design-building intuitive APIs for internal and external use.\n\nReact, Redux, Next.js, or other similar typescript frameworks.\n\nCSS frameworks-material UI, tailwind css, etc.\n\nDevOps and CI/CD-Vercel, heroku, etc.\n\nExperience\nExperience maintaining SaaS SDK/APIs at scale.\n\nExperience working directly with clients to provide technical support and engineer solutions.\n\nWhy join us?\nJoining Paxos Labs means becoming part of a pioneering team at the forefront of financial innovation for the mass market.
