Our incredible product support team are experts in troubleshooting with installers and are hands on with our products and technology from day one.\nDelivering accurate technical product support to our UK installers or customers via phone, email, or webchat.\nHandling any sales or returns process requests\nTroubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving installation issues in a timely manner\nWorking closely with other teams within Paxton to trial and test new products or features\nOur team operates between 07:00 and 19:00, and shifts are scheduled within these hours.\nWhat are we looking for?\nFor you to be passionate about providing first class customer service and want to learn a diverse product range.\nDo what you do best and learn about our products and technology and confidently communicate with customers.\nThe right attitude is more important to us than your skills or experience.
