We give online merchants one central hub to accept, route, optimise and manage payments worldwide.\nWe are looking for a dedicated Reconciliation Team Lead to lead our Reconciliation team within Finance Operations at our Limassol office in Cyprus.\nKey responsibilities\nPerform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations of transactions and balances across acquirers, PSPs, card schemes and bank accounts.\nMatch internal platform data against external reports and bank statements and identify and investigate discrepancies.\nPrepare merchant settlement and payout reconciliations for review, checking volumes, fees, refunds, chargebacks and reserves.\nSupport interchange and scheme fee validation by preparing data and flagging unexpected charges.\nAssist with the daily monitoring of safeguarded merchant funds, performing checks and escalating any breaks.\nPerform daily bank account reconciliations, including merchant accounts, as our banking operations go live.\nTrack and follow up on open items and aged breaks until resolved, keeping records and the audit trail up to date.\nCommunicate with internal teams and external partners to obtain information and resolve reconciliation queries.\nPrepare regular reconciliation reports and assist with month-end close and audit requests.\nContribute to procedure documentation and process improvements as the team grows.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in reconciliation, payments, finance operations or a similar role, preferably within a PSP, FinTech, banking or financial services environment.\nBasic understanding of banking and payment flows, including settlement cycles and bank statements.\nExposure to card payments or acquiring is an advantage.\nGood to advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables) and comfort working with large volumes of data.\nHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nWell organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines.\nProactive team player, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.\nFluent in English, both written and
