We expect you to have incredible leadership skills, be a self-starter, operate with an extreme sense of urgency at all times and be execution-focused. You will work closely with our Sales Engineers on project solutioning and ensure a high quality process. You will be the Project Manager for the implementation of new partners, working alongside the Account Management, Operations and other teams to ensure a smooth implementation with an error-free launch. You will also need to become an absolute expert at all of our Products, APIs, and interface enthusiastically with both technical and non-technical customers.\nIn this Solutions Engineer role, you will:\nStrategic Integration Consultant & Product Expert\nTranslate business requirements into unique technical solutions\n\nConduct calls to create and manage the integration plan for software partners\n\nDesign and present tailored integration project plans that align with partner business expectation and drive execution of plan\n\nOperate in an AI-first mindset to innovate integration processes\n\nProject Manager and Documentation\nTrack and Report on Projects Logs, Key Performance Indicators, and drive constant improvement.\n\nCollaborate with Account Manager on partner launch and GTM success\n\nTransfer integration plan into ongoing production reference documentation for the partner and internal support teams\n\nCross Functional Collaboration\nBe a “glue” role that connects the Operations, Success, Risk, Product and Engineering teams. This position will need to have awareness and working knowledge of all areas to ensure an optimal implementation plan and technical solution.\n\nWork closely with Customer Success team to provide ongoing integration support for partners\n\nWork closely with product team to become an expert on piloting and implementing cutting edge fintech products\n\nWe’d love to hear from you if you:\nTechnical Expertise\nHave 5+ years of experience Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, Technical Support, or similar role for a Payments or Fintech company\n\nProven track record of creating and implementing complex technical solutions for software partners\n\nStrong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and modern integration patterns\n\nExperience with payment processing concepts including tokenization, PCI compliance, and transaction flows\n\nProficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or similar)\n\nFamiliarity with API testing tools (Postman, curl) and debugging techniques\n\nUnderstanding of payment industry fundamentals (acquiring, issuing, card networks, ACH)Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance requirements and security best practices\n\nBusiness & Leadership Experience\nHave strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate complex ideas in a structured and user-friendly way to an audience of C-Suite enterprise clients as well as engineers at early stage startups.\n\nAre a self-starter who is resourceful and able to independently run work streams, and also willing to be scrappy and think of creative solutions.\n\nLeadership experience in a player/coach type of role is a plus, or natural ability to guide and influence others.\n\nHave an innate sense of humility and honesty with an open mind for feedback\n\nYou are intellectually curious.
