non-functional);\n\nExperience in Agile methodology, writing user stories in Jira, building processes/ required flows and diagramming (UML, BPMN etc);\n\nExperience in preparing functional and detailed system design documents;\n\nAbility to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization, including with leadership;\n\nDemonstrated leadership, initiative, analytical skills, and sound business acumen, including the ability to understand and analyze recommendations;\n\nProvide weekly/daily status updates on services and work completed.\nDuties:\nJira management (creating tasks, updating statuses, monitoring deadlines);\n\nPreparing and completing technical specifications for developers;\n\nDocumentation management;\n\nMonitoring the progress of tasks by developers, designers, testers, and other departments;\n\nPreparing summaries after meetings;\n\nCompetitor analysis and conducting small-scale research for new products;\n\nWorking with AI to prepare documents, content, and research;\n\nCreating simple websites using AI.\nWorking conditions:\n\nWork schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00;\n\nRemote work;\n\nWe provide all the necessary tools for your
