This role owns the full sales cycle-from proactive outreach and needs discovery to solution presentation and closing-while acting as a trusted advisor to deepen client partnerships and increase overall value. Work in-person at the sales hub 5x per week.\nResponsibilities\nPresenting Paychex solutions and services to final decision makers and end users within the prospective universe.\nDrive revenue growth by identifying and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities\nProactively engage accounts via phone, email, and virtual meetings to uncover needs\nBuild strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor\nDevelop and maintain a healthy pipeline of expansion opportunities\nPresent tailored HCM solutions aligned to client business goals\nCollaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated, high-value solutions\nMeet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets\nMaintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and forecasting\nProject a positive image in representing Paychex to clients and the community.\nQualifications\nH.S.
