Provides leadership and technical advice on multiple payroll and logistics systems to resolve problems. Establishes and maintains a positive image with clients and service providers.\nResponsibilities\nSupervises and schedules staff; assigns, directs, and checks the work of assigned personnel to ensure timely and accurate work and quality client service.\nProvides technical expertise on multiple internal and external logistics systems and processes. Collaborates with regional and corporate personnel to identify and resolve system problems.\nAssists the Logistics Manager with development of departmental goals and improvement strategies to archive Logistics objectives.\nSupervises training of personnel; recommends, implements, and monitors on-the-job training and education to further professional advancement of assigned personnel.\nMakes hiring recommendations and evaluates performance; recommends merit increases, promotion or termination, and disciplinary action to maximize team/logistics performance.\nMonitors date integrity and specialist’s workload to ensure timely package delivery.\nActs in place of Logistics Manager in their absence to ensure continuity of logistics operations and to further develop their management skills.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nH.S.
