You will partner with the Sr. Manager or Director to provide leadership, technical guidance, and remove roadblocks.\nYou will lead and develop the engineering team while remaining close to the technical work. The role requires a strong understanding of software development and the ability to provide technical guidance when needed.\nIn addition to technical leadership, you are responsible for talent development.
