You are responsible for execution of SFDC backlog at Paychex. As the technical designer and developer, you must work across business units to gain a clear understanding of functional requirements and use your SFDC expertise to develop and implement solutions. To be successful in this role you must have in-depth knowledge of SFDC development best practices and SFDC offerings to ensure scalable solutions are designed and implemented. We need you to stay fresh with new technology, software and architecture as it pertains to SFDC and their new offerings so that you can innovate daily.\n\nResponsibilites:\n\nThe SFDC Engineer role is an APEX developer role` responsible for execution of SFDC backlog at Paychex.\n\nParticipate in design decisions, and the ability to execute the design.\n\nProvide feedback to the business regarding status of work and any roadblocks encountered along the way.\n\nSupport deployments and resolve deployment issues.\n\nStay current on emerging technologies and latest SFDC offerings and development best practices.\n\nQualifications:\n\n3 years of SFDC development experience or 4 years of Object oriented development experience and 2 years of SFDC development experience\n\n2 years of experience with any common SFDC IDE\n\nExperience in Apex classes, Apex triggers, Visual Force pages, SOQL, SOSL and Force.com API.\n\nDemonstrated hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).\n\nExperience with Git-based version control and Salesforce DevOps or deployment tools such as Gearset or similar.\n\nExperience with Communities, Service/Sales Cloud, Einstein, Test classes.\n\nExperience with integrating Salesforce cloud solution with enterprise applications, identify, and access management as well as third party products.\n\nExperience with Version control systems and deployments.\n\nSolid understanding of Salesforce security model.\n\nFamiliarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, specifically Agile.\n\nExperience working as part of an Agile SDLC team, familiarity with Agile software development principles and concepts, working in a collaborative, iterative process.\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer science,
