We are growing rapidly and are looking for a QA Lead who will take ownership of our overall quality assurance strategy, lead the QA team, and ensure high-quality standards across all our products.\nWe have a nice office in Limassol, and if you are not in Cyprus yet, we will assist with relocation for you and your family.\nWhat you'll do\nLead and manage the QA team, ensuring effective task distribution, workload planning, and professional development\n\nDevelop and implement the overall QA strategy, covering manual and automated testing across all products\n\nEstablish and improve testing processes, methodologies, standards, and best practices\n\nDefine testing priorities based on business needs, product requirements, deadlines, and potential risks\n\nOversee testing activities, evaluate results, ensure adequate test coverage, and identify quality gaps\n\nDefine and monitor QA metrics to assess team performance and testing effectiveness\n\nCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle\n\nDrive test automation development, including framework improvements, tool selection, and CI/CD integration\n\nIntroduce AI-assisted tools for test case generation, test data creation and test automation, and measure their impact on coverage and speed.\n\nUse AI coding agents to speed up writing and maintaining automated tests, and set review standards for AI-generated test code.\n\nApply AI to analyse test results, cluster flaky tests and failures, and speed up root-cause analysis.\n\nEstablish quality processes for AI features in the product, such as LLM-based functionality, chatbots or recommendations.\n\nCoach the QA team on effective prompting and safe use of AI tools.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in Software QA, including significant experience in test automation\n\nProven experience in a QA Lead, QA Manager, or similar leadership role\n\nExperience managing, mentoring, and developing QA engineers\n\nStrong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies and processes\n\nExperience developing QA strategies and improving testing processes\n\nHands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Selenide, or similar\n\nUnderstanding of CI/CD, Agile development, and the software development lifecycle\n\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, and Git\n\nHands-on experience using AI tools in daily QA work, for example AI coding assistants or LLMs for test design and analysis.\n\nUnderstanding of the limits of AI-generated tests, including hallucinated assertions, missing edge cases and false confidence in coverage.\n\nAbility to evaluate and pilot new AI testing tools and build a business case for adopting them.\n\nAwareness of data privacy and security risks when sharing code, logs or customer data with AI services.\n\nGood English, both spoken and written\n\nYou're our perfect candidate if\nYou have experience in fintech, banking, payment systems, or cryptocurrency\n\nYou can balance strategic thinking with a hands-on technical approach\n\nYou are comfortable making decisions, taking ownership, and working in a fast-paced environment\n\nYou have strong communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nYou have a genuine interest in the cryptocurrency space\n\nYou already use AI tools in your daily QA work and can show how they made your team faster or your coverage better.\n\nWhat we offer\nFull relocation support and working visa\n\nCompetitive salary\n\nDays off when you need them\n\nWhat awaits you\nThe opportunity to shape and lead QA Automation practices across multiple fintech products\n\nWorking in small, fast-moving Scrum teams\n\nNo unnecessary bureaucracy -
