This role combines hands-on helpdesk support, network administration, cloud technologies, and IT asset management to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient systems across the organization.\nKey responsibilities|\nHelpdesk & End-User Support\nProvide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and SaaS applications\n\nDiagnose and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals\n\nSupport operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and productivity tools\n\nDocument issues, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system\n\nCloud & Systems Administration\nSupport and maintain cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Slack, etc….)\n\nManage user access, permissions, and identity services (e.g., Google SSO, IAM)\n\nAssist with cloud-based backups, monitoring, and security best practices\n\nSupport SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, etc.\n\nNetworking\nMonitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues\n\nAssist with network security controls and access management\n\nIT Asset Management\nManage the full lifecycle of IT assets (procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and decommissioning)\n\nMaintain accurate asset inventory records and ensure compliance\n\nCoordinate device provisioning, replacements, and returns\n\nSupport onboarding and offboarding processes\n\nSecurity & Compliance\nFollow IT security policies and best practices\n\nAssist with endpoint protection, patching, and vulnerability remediation (e.g., SentinelOne, Kandji/Iru MDM)\n\nSupport audits and compliance requirements as needed\n\nQualifications |\nBachelor's degree in computer science or\n\n4+ years provided support in the form of LinuxWindowsMac OS architecture\n\nExperience with supporting Video Conference Systems.
