The Senior Manager also builds and develops a team of two Specialists and one Analyst while staying hands on with the highest impact takedowns.\nKey Responsabilities:\nOwn the global Lock Operations strategy and tool takedown roadmap.\n\nGovern and coordinate lock exploit work across Fraud, Risk, Engineering, and Legal.\n\nQuantify impact through field disruption and value at risk protected.\n\nServe as the primary technical partner to Fraud, Risk, Engineering, and Legal on ground and online intelligence.\n\nManage and develop the Tools Specialist, Takedown Specialist, and Analyst while staying hands on.\n\nQualifications:\n5+ years in fintech, consumer lending, or fraud and risk operations, ideally with exposure to more than one country or market.\n\nHands-on experience using tooling, automation, or AI to scale an operation, for example scrapers, data pipelines, dashboards, or AI-assisted detection\n\nA track record of reducing fraud or exploit driven losses through operational change, not just analysis, and comfortable owning a return on investment case.\n\nConfident, credible stakeholder management: able to lead and drive conversations across
