values.\nResponsibilities\nManage field marketing agencies and a team of over 1500 field marketers promoters to develop and execute a regional demand generation strategy in line with company sales goals.\nSet and review targets weekly with the agencies.\nCheck the effectiveness of promoters in meeting their sales targets.\nCheck profitability of promoters, not just sales numbers (profit above cost)\nValidate agency invoices against confirmed promoter coverage as well as output\nEnsure promoters are placed on PIP within the recommended period and non-performers are dismissed and replaced\nWork closely with fraud and risk management teams, highlighting high-risk areas and removing promoters from locations\nCollaborate with senior marketing leaders, finance and sales leaders to create integrated plans and budgets.\nBe a player/coach, executing and managing field marketing activities.\nManage promoter agencies aligned with PayJoy values.\nRequirements\n8+ years of marketing and/or field marketing experience\nExemplary communication skills with senior marketing and sales leaders.\nExperience managing direct or cross-functional teams of field marketers.\nExperience managing a field marketing budget and working with senior finance and marketing leaders on annual budgeting processes.\nDemonstrated track record of driving results and staying within a
