Where the Commercial team designs pilots, rollouts, and process changes, this role involves getting them into the field: running pilot logistics, standing up and maintaining sales tooling, documenting and enforcing SOPs, and keeping partner and customer acquisition workflows running without friction. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role. You will take a defined test design and be responsible for the operational reality of running it, coordinating field teams, tracking data quality, maintaining the tools reps and promoters touch daily, and flagging what's breaking before it becomes a bigger problem. This position reports to the Commercial Analyst and will have a direct hand in scaling PayJoy Indonesia's sales force effectiveness as the team grows.\nResponsibilities\nExecute pilot and rollout logistics designed by the Commercial team - coordinating store/merchant selection lists, field team briefings, timeline tracking, and on-the-ground issue resolution;\n\nOwn day-to-day administration of sales and incentive tooling (e.g. Zoho or other CRM tools, commission/incentive tracking platforms), including user setup, data hygiene, and recurring report generation;\n\nDocument, maintain, train, and enforce standard operating procedures for sales, promoter, and partner-facing processes;\n\nSupport partner and customer acquisition workflows end-to-end - from lead intake and routing through onboarding - identifying and fixing operational bottlenecks;\n\nMonitor pilot and rollout data quality in real time, flagging anomalies or field execution issues to the Commercial Analyst;\n\nCoordinate cross-functionally with Promoter Ops, FinOps, and Product to keep field-facing processes and tools running smoothly;\n\nProduce recurring operational reports (e.g. pilot progress, tool usage, SOP compliance) for the Commercial team;\n\nEscalate systemic issues (tooling gaps, process breakdowns, training gaps) with enough evidence to inform the next design decision, rather than solving them in isolation.\n\nQualifications\nAligned with PayJoy’s principles and culture;\n\n3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a data/analytics-adjacent role; experience in fintech, lending, or a high-volume field sales environment is a plus;\n\nComfortable owning the operational and administrative side of sales tools (CRM, incentive/commission tracking platforms, dashboarding tools) - configuring, maintaining data hygiene, and building reports, even without prior ownership of tool strategy;\n\nProcess-oriented: able to write, maintain, and enforce SOPs, and to spot where a process is breaking down before it shows up in the numbers;\n\nWorking knowledge of SQL and BI tools (Hex, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar) sufficient to pull and sanity-check your own data;
