You'll work across multiple locations and business units, taking a cloud-first, security-first and automation-first approach - resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, driving standardisation, and spotting opportunities to automate repetitive work.\nSuccess in this role means users get reliable, timely and professional IT support, while the organisation benefits from a more standardised, secure and manageable workplace environment. You'll help reduce recurring incidents, improve documentation, support automation, and contribute to a modern workplace that's easier to support and better for the people who use it.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nDay-to-day service delivery\nProvide first and second line support for laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, printers, network access and conference room equipment\n\nManage incidents and service requests through our ITSM system, with clear communication and timely resolution\n\nSupport onboarding, changes and offboarding, including account creation, access changes and device preparation\n\nInfrastructure, identity & security\nAdminister Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID and Intune\n\nDeploy and maintain endpoints via standardised builds and zero-touch deployment\n\nSupport security and compliance requirements, including access control, device compliance, patching and conditional access\n\nContinuous improvement\nRemove root causes of recurring issues rather than applying repeated fixes\n\nImprove service desk processes, knowledge articles and self-service guidance\n\nDocument infrastructure changes and outages, and support root cause analysis\n\nCollaboration & growth\nBe a clear, calm point of contact for technical and non-technical users across different countries and business units\n\nAssist with workplace integration for new locations, teams or acquired companies\n\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nThe must-haves\nExperience in IT support, service desk or workplace engineering, ideally within an international or multi-entity organisation\n\nStrong working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and Intune\n\nUnderstanding of identity and access management (Entra ID, joiner-mover-leaver processes)\n\nFamiliarity with ITSM processes and basic ITIL awareness\n\nAbility to diagnose issues methodically and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users\n\nFluent English\n\nThe strong-to-haves\nExperience with cloud desktop solutions (Windows 365, AVD)\n\nMDM specialisation\n\nMulti-site zero-touch deployment experience\n\nRMM tooling experience\n\nAtlassian administration experience\n\nScripting or automation experience\n\nThe mindset\nYou take a cloud-first, security-first, automation-first approach by default\n\nYou see IT as a service, not just a function - user experience comes first\n\nYou're energised by standardisation and by finding ways to automate repetitive work\n\nYou're comfortable working across multiple locations, business units and time zones\n\nGOOD TO KNOW\nHybrid working, with regular office presence expected\n\nOccasional travel between locations\n\nThis role can be based at any of our office locations\n\nNot ticking every box?
