develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack applications for fintech solutions. \n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality features. \n\n- Architect and implement microservices using Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, or FastAPI). \n\n- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React and related front-end technologies. \n\n- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and automated deployments. \n\n- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve scalability and reliability. \n\n- Utilize AWS and GCP to deploy and manage cloud-native applications, ensuring high availability and resilience. \n\n- Implement secure coding practices to protect sensitive financial data and comply with industry standards like PCI DSS and GDPR. \n\n- Stay updated with the latest trends in fintech and provide technical insights to drive innovation. \n\n- Experience with integration of eMandates, KYC, Penny Drop flows. \n\n- Experience working with large datasets and optimizing performance. \n\n- Experience optimizing frontend loading time and performance monitoring. \n\nQualifications :\n\nMust Have :\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. \n\n- 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. \n\n- Strong proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, or Django REST Framework) and React.js. \n\n- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP). \n\n- Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. \n\n- Knowledge of scalable architecture patterns, distributed systems, and performance monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Prometheus, or Datadog). \n\n- Understanding of secure coding practices and experience with fintech compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR). \n\n- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis, Memcached). \n\nPreferred :\n\n- Experience working with DSA or LSP frameworks in the fintech domain. \n\n- Experience working with Loan Origination System or Loan Management System \n\n- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). \n\n- Background in data analytics or machine learning for financial insights. \n\n- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a focus on
