Who we are looking for

You’ll join the Compliance team at Pay.cetera, and get a close-up look at how compliance works within a growing fintech environment. Working across Pay.cetera, Paymenttools and the wider REWE Group, you’ll be part of a highly collaborative setup with real responsibility from the start. You’ll gain broad exposure to key compliance topics while building practical experience alongside an experienced team. A great opportunity to learn, contribute and understand what keeps a regulated payments business running smoothly.

Your experience

• You are interested in learning how customer onboarding, financial crime prevention and compliance processes work in practice
• Previous exposure to Compliance, AML, KYC or Customer Due Diligence is a plus, but absolutely not required
• You enjoy research and analytical work and are comfortable digging into information to find the details that matter
• You work carefully and independently, particularly when handling data and documentation
• You are confident using Microsoft Office
• Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
• You are currently studying, ideally in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Economics, but interest in the topic is more important
• You communicate confidently in both German and English
