What You'll Do
- Prospect, engage, and close new business opportunities nationwide
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on qualified leads
- Consult with business owners to identify payment processing needs and recommend customized solutions
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Develop long-term client relationships that drive ongoing success
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and performance goals
- Utilize Paynada's innovative products and competitive solutions to help businesses succeed
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent B2B inside sales experience, including cold calling, prospecting, and closing
- Minimum 1 year of merchant services or payment processing industry experience
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly competitive mindset

Compensation
- Base salary: $40,000 - $45,000 annually, depending on experience and location
- Uncapped commission structure
- Daily, weekly, and monthly performance incentives
- W-2 employment status
- Non-exempt position
