The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who understands competitive talent markets, builds strong candidate pipelines, and serves as a trusted partner to hiring leaders.\nThis is a fully remote, home-based position that requires phone and video interviewing.\nKey Responsibilities\nProactively source passive candidates from Payroll, HCM, PEO, Payments, Merchant Services, FinTech, and related industries\nUtilize LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry groups, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent\nBuild and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs\nDevelop innovative sourcing strategies to stay ahead in highly competitive talent markets\nConduct candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, cultural alignment, and career motivations\nPartner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and talent requirements\nDeliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance\nServe as a brand ambassador for Paynada and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective candidates\nStay informed on industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor talent strategies\nMaintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within ADP Workforce Now and other recruiting platforms\nConsistently meet or exceed recruiting performance goals and hiring targets\nPerform additional duties as assigned\nQualifications & Experience\n2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within Payroll, HCM, PEO, Merchant Services, Payments, FinTech, or B2B sales environments\nProven success sourcing and recruiting outside sales professionals, account executives, business consultants, and other revenue-generating roles\nStrong understanding of Payroll, HCM, Merchant Services, Payment Processing, or related industries\nDemonstrated ability to build candidate pipelines and fill positions in competitive markets\nExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools\nStrong communication, relationship-building, and interviewing skills\nHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a remote environment\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities\nExperience with ATS platforms, preferably ADP Workforce Now\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related recruiting technologies\nReliable home internet connection and dedicated workspace\nWhy Join Paynada?\nCompetitive base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually\nPerformance-based bonus opportunities\nFully remote work environment\nMedical, dental, and vision benefits\n401(k) with company match\nHigh-growth organization with significant career advancement opportunities\nCollaborative and supportive culture\nStrong work-life balance\nOpportunity to help build industry-leading sales teams nationwide\nJoin Paynada and help us attract the next generation of top talent in Payroll, HCM, Payments, and FinTech.
