economy.\nPosition: Application Support Engineer (L2 support)\nLocation: Makati, City\nJob Type: Full-time\nWork Set-up: Hybrid Set-up\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist L2 Application Support team members with complex inquiries and provide solutions.\nPerform minor code changes and updates to ensure platform stability and functionality. \nRespond to technical questions and concerns raised by clients and merchants in a timely manner. \nUnderstand the IT department's roles and capabilities to escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 support when necessary. \nPrepare and submit incident or investigation service reports as needed to document technical issues and resolutions. \nMaintain an in-depth understanding of Paynamics products and services and propose innovative ways to improve business operations.\nQualifications:\nBachelors degree in a computer-related field. \nAny experience in technical support or merchant support roles. \nProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). \nTechnical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, SOAP/REST APIs, relational/NoSQL databases, version control (Git), Postman, and Amazon Cloudwatch. \nExperience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, FreshDesk). \nDetail-oriented, organized, problem-solving skills, and excellent English communication.\nFlexible for shifts, weekends, and a fast-paced environment. \n Fresh Graduates are
