Job Title: Merchant Onboarding Intern
Location: Makati, City
Job Type: Internship (Academic-required or Voluntary)
Work Set-up: Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking and monitoring the merchant onboarding process from application to activation.
- Support the collection, organization, and validation of merchant documents for onboarding and KYC/KYB requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales Relationship Managers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.
- Help maintain accurate merchant records and update onboarding trackers and databases.
- Assist in preparing onboarding documents, reports, and other administrative requirements.
- Support merchant account setup and coordinate with relevant teams during the onboarding process.
- Respond to internal inquiries related to merchant onboarding and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Merchant Service Delivery Team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Must be enrolled in an internship program required by the school.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
