economy.\nJob Title: Senior System Administrator\nLocation: Makati City\nWork Set-up: Hybrid\nJob Description\nAdminister, maintain, and optimize enterprise systems, servers, cloud infrastructure, and IT resources.\nManage identity and access controls, including user provisioning, modifications, revocation, and access reviews.\nOversee IT service management processes, incident handling, and service request resolution.\nSupport the implementation of security controls and compliance with Information Security Management System (ISMS) and audit requirements.\nLead or support IT projects, proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.\nMonitor and optimize IT-related costs, including infrastructure, software licenses, subscriptions, and vendor services.\nMaintain technical documentation, operational reports, and governance processes to support continuous improvement.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent academic background.\nAt least 5 years of experience in system administration, with exposure to cloud infrastructure and enterprise system management tools.\nStrong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management, deployment, and system optimization.\nSolid experience in network and server administration, security patching, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.\nProficiency in system administration and monitoring tools such as Kaseya, SolarWinds, ManageEngine, or similar platforms.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\nDemonstrated leadership ability or experience guiding junior team members and supporting cross-functional initiatives.\nRelevant certifications such as ITIL, MCSA, or equivalent
