adoption, operational and performance insights to determine where the product should evolve next\nWhat You Will Actually Do\nOwn the product strategy, multi-year roadmap, demand-intake process and prioritization framework for the Nexus service\nLead product discovery and translate scheme, market, regulatory and participant needs into clear requirements, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes\nManage the product backlog and make evidence-based trade-offs across strategic value, customer impact, operational risk, delivery complexity and investment\nShape real-time and cross-border payment capabilities spanning routing, validation, ISO 20022 messaging, exceptions, returns, reconciliation, settlement and FX\nWork across NGP, IPSOs, technology, security, operations and onboarding teams to resolve product questions and validate delivered outcomes\nMonitor product adoption and performance, using participant feedback, operating data and incident insights to drive continuous
