release quality. \nDefine and execute testing strategies across functional, API, performance, security, scalability, and usability testing. \nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and continuously optimize testing workflows for faster, more reliable releases. \nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex quality issues while identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation plans. \nCollaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders while mentoring junior QA engineers and promoting a quality-first culture\nExamples of This Role in Practice\nAutomate regression, API, and performance test suites to detect defects early and prevent onboarding disruptions before production releases. \nCollaborate with developers to improve the testability and quality of new onboarding features through automated testing and quality reviews. \nIdentify performance, scalability, and reliability risks ahead of major releases and recommend mitigation strategies. \nEnhance CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated quality checks to provide faster and more reliable feedback to engineering teams. \nMentor junior QA engineers, review test automation scripts, and drive the adoption of best practices across the delivery team.\nWhat Will Help You Succeed\nRequired\nHands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or Postman/Newman\nExperience building automation frameworks using Python with JUnit, TestNG, or Cucumber\nStrong backend testing capabilities including SQL and API testing\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines such as Jenkins or GitLab CI\nSolid understanding of functional, performance, security, and usability testing\nHelpful\nExperience with performance
