This is a hunter role focused on building pipeline, driving revenue, and consistently achieving quota.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProspect and identify new SMB opportunities across assigned territories\nBuild and manage a healthy pipeline through self-generated and SDR-qualified opportunities\nConduct discovery, sales conversations, negotiations, and close deals end-to-end\nManage objections, pricing discussions, and compliance requirements\nDrive early customer activation and time-to-value post-close\nMaintain accurate Salesforce data, forecasting, and deal hygiene\nPartner with SDRs, Operations, KYC, Compliance, and Customer Success\nShare market insights and contribute to sales playbooks and GTM initiatives\nWho You Are\n4-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Executive roles\nProven track record of prospecting, closing, and achieving revenue targets\nStrong discovery, negotiation, and consultative selling skills\nComfortable owning a territory and independently building pipeline\nData-driven, CRM proficient, and comfortable using AI tools for prospecting and productivity\nSelf-starter with strong organisation skills and a results-driven mindset\nNice to Have\nExperience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS\nKnowledge of payments, FX, cash management, or financial operations\nExperience with multi-product selling and upsell/cross-sell\nThe Payoneer Ways of Working \nAct as our customer’s partner on the inside\nLearning what they need and creating what will help them go further. \nDo it.
