We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.\nBy taking the complexity out of the financial workflows-including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence-we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.\nRole summary - Enter a high-level blurb about the role and what’s involved.\nIndia- Bangalore\nHybrid\nFull-time\nExample \nWe are looking for a highly-talented Senior Training Analyst to identify, report on compliance training needs and in accordance with group training initiatives write, design, develop and deliver training solutions Company wide.\nWhat you’ll do- Detail the role responsibilities here\nOrchestrate the full lifecycle of virtual and in-person training delivery. \nDesign, develop, and implement engaging, risk-based compliance learning programs tailored to different roles, audiences, and levels of risk exposure across the organization. \nApply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to translate complex regulatory, compliance, and policy requirements into clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences. \nConduct training needs and audience analyses in partnership with Compliance, Business Lines, and other stakeholders to identify knowledge, skill, and behavioral gaps and determine appropriate learning interventions. \nCreate engaging and informative learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, learner resources, assessments, and supporting documentation. \nDevelop learning objectives, course structures, assessments, and instructional content that align training activities with expected learner outcomes and compliance requirements. \nCoordinate the scheduling, deployment, and delivery of compliance training programs and sessions. \nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance training activities, attendance, completion, and assessment results. \nPartner closely with Heads and Regional Heads of Compliance, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure learning content remains aligned with current regulatory requirements, internal policies, and identified compliance risks. \nEnsure training content, records, and supporting documentation meet regulatory requirements and are maintained to support audit and regulatory scrutiny. \nEvaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, assessment results, completion of data, and other relevant learning metrics, and use insights to continuously improve learning solutions. \nPrepare regular management reports highlighting key compliance training metrics, learning outcomes, effectiveness, and areas for improvement. \nMaintain and continuously improve existing learning content to ensure training remains relevant, accurate, engaging, and aligned with evolving business and regulatory needs. \nWho you are - Enter experience and skills needed\nMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience. JD, MBA, Master’s degree, or relevant learning and development qualifications are a plus. \nExperience in advisory or line-of-business compliance is a strong plus. \nAt least 5 years of experience in instructional design, including developing e-learning, instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning solutions. \nExperience conducting training needs analysis, defining learning objectives, developing assessments, and evaluating learning effectiveness. \nAbility to simplify complex regulatory or technical concepts and translate them into practical, learner-focused content. \nSystems & Technical Knowledge \nAbility to quickly learn and work across multiple systems and identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve learning processes \nHands-on experience with Articulate 360, particularly Storyline and Rise, for developing interactive e-learning and digital learning experiences. \nStrong working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course setup, deployment, learner management, completion tracking, and reporting. \nExperience with Centrical or similar learning platforms. \nProficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Forms, for learning design, collaboration, documentation, and reporting. \nExperience with Power BI or similar analytics and visualization tools to monitor learning metrics and effectiveness. \nExperience with Zendesk or similar ticketing/workflow systems for managing learner and stakeholder support. \nComfortable using AI and digital productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to support content development, analysis, and learning processes.\nThe Payoneer Ways of Working \nAct as our customer’s partner on the inside\nLearning what they need and creating what will help them go further. \nDo it.
